EAT Fitness is an online coaching company that focuses on using food as fuel. Whether you are an endurance athlete, or your goal is to lose weight, we determine who much you should be eating and ensure you are eating your nutrients at the right times!

Nutrient timing is the science of absorbing the proper macronutrients WHEN the body needs it. What If You've Tried EVERYTHING??

You feel like you've been eating in a calorie deficit, but the reality is, you likely don't even know what a deficit is for you at this point.

You can Google this all you want, but the truth that slaps is this: the longer you under-eat on your calories, the slower your metabolism will be. Less calories in means less calories out!

About Sarina

I had spent more than a decade teaching group fitness classes and realizing no one was really learning anything. Including myself.

There was no structure in place and the people who had put in so much hard work over the years were not seeing results. Including myself.

They had no idea how to build the right habits for a sustainable life, let alone how important a structured fitness and nutrition routine was. Again, I am not an exception to this.

I took group fitness classes 4-5 times each week, ate fairly well, but was STUCK for years.

I thought to myself, "I'm a fitness professional. I need to do better".

So I hired my own coach and learned how to accept responsibility for myself. I learned that eating a ton of carbs was actually helping me LOSE weight. I learned that tracking your food is the gateway to success.

I knew I needed to educate the uneducated and that's where EAT Fitness evolved.

At EAT Fitness, my goal is to make sure my clients create the right habits for lifelong success through education and guidance.

I allow my clients food freedom, and teach them not only that it's okay to eat more, but WHY they need to eat more.

Because the crap you've been telling yourself about eating less and all the fad diets you've done has gotten you nowhere.

Can't I do this on my own?

The age old question is, can't I just do this on my own? Well, let's be honest, how many times have you tried that?The answer is probably not. If you really want to take it to the next level and really see changes, you're probably going to need to reach out for help. Not only will you benefit from the educational guidance, you will prosper with the accountability from myself and the other team members. Being self-motivated is temporary, so at EAT Fitness, we like to focus on helping build the necessary habits to create discipline, which is longer lasting. Plus my clients are super supportive to each other and that goes a long way!

Am I ready to invest?

The big question everybody has is: am I ready to invest in this financially, emotionally, mentally? But if you've gotten to the point where you're just sick and tired of being sick and tired, now's the time. I have a coach. I've worked with other coaches before because I believe in the power of it, I was ready to invest. I have tried to do it myself and I was doing a pretty good job but I just needed another leg up so I hired a professional to get it done and I don't regret it. It is super damaging for your mental health to repeatedly fail at the same thing. It doesn't just take its toll on your body, it takes its toll on your mental health. So when is the time to commit? You really have to be ready to invest but there's no time like the present to get it done.

Will it fit my budget?

I know it can be super intimidating if you've never worked with a coach before and you don't really know what to expect, but those are the things we can talk about on the discovery call. The one thing about my online coaching is it's not necessarily cookie cutter to anybody. We like to figure out what the client needs, create a game plan and find a program that fits best for both of us.

The best thing do to is break down how much money you spend every month on things that do not support your health and fitness goals. Things like going out to dinner, going to Starbucks, etc. Then ask yourself... am I really willing to commit to this? How bad do I really want to hit my health and fitness goals? Determine what truly fits into your budget and what you're willing to sacrifice, and you'll have a better idea coming into your discovery call!
